This is the beautiful King Balthazar figurine, one of the Three Wise Kings.Upon visiting the newborn baby Jesus, he offered the gift of myrrh.The presents of the Magi alluded to the three stages in Jesus’ life, where myrrh referred to not only His death and morning, but also to His holy destiny.To sacrifice Himself for the salvation of mankind.
