Product Details

Native to Mexico, the Echeveria Elegans 'Raspberry Ice' is a hybrid from Mexican Snowball, often referred to as the "white ghost" or "hen and chicks" plants due to their clustered growth habit. Their leaves are covered in a powdery white coating, known as "farina," which offers protection from the sun. These plants develop stunning pink tones particularly on their older leaves, when placed in full sun or when stressed. To maintain their mesmerizing colours and compact rosette form, they require bright sunlight.

To root the cutting, place it on top of the soil and provide bright shade. Within two weeks, roots should begin to form. Sparingly water the cutting only once rooted, and only when the soil is dry. Once the cutting has rooted, gradually introduce the plant to outdoor environments to help avoid leaf burn.
